Wedding Menu Cards by Polina Perri UK

Wedding menu cards is an important piece of communication with your guests and the perfect way to share your event’s meal selections with them. Designed to complement your wedding invitation suites, the menus carry through your distinct style becoming a part of the well thought out décor. Choose one of our classy designs to compliment your table settings at your wedding reception or dinner party.Creating our menu cards, we masterfully combine the premium quality materials – design Italian card stock and clear acrylic glass – with modern printing technics and accessories. Accomplished with contemporary calligraphy, the cards would perfectly fit both the high-end black-tie affair and romantic intimate ceremony. If you want to provide detailed information about the courses, add a buffet or drink menu, it is possible to increase the number of pages depending on the amount of your wording.

How many wedding menus to print?

After you discuss the wedding menu with your caterer, you need to decide how many wedding menus you want to print. You may choose to put the menu cards at every place setting, alongside the place cards – one per each guest – or you may opt to print a few for each table and let the guests share among themselves. Both these options are absolutely fine, and your choice should depend on the function your menu is intended to bear - to state what food will be served, communicating dietary/allergy information, or to serve as a schedule indicating when speeches, dances, and other events will occur.

How to compile wedding menu wording?

You can start the wording of a wedding menu card with a title. It can be your names and ceremony/reception date or a monogram with your initials. The title is followed by the menu which lists each of the different food options under the appropriate courses: appetisers, entrees, mains, and dessert. It would be nice to ensure that any common allergens are noted. If you wish, you may include a sentence about drinks or encourage the guests to try a specific wine with their meal. Our designers will help you to line up the wording properly and select the font style and colour combinations to match the theme and colour of your special day.
