What Makes a Classic Invitation

The Classic collection is defined by restraint and precision. Monogram crests, entwined initials, and foil-pressed lettering sit within carefully considered layouts — nothing superfluous, nothing out of place. The result is stationery that communicates quality before a single word is read.

Each design works across our full range of formats: a single heavyweight card for those who want purity of form, a pocketfold suite for couples who need to carry multiple inserts, or a velvet folio or boxed suite for those who want the invitation itself to feel like an event.

Venue illustrations — hand-drawn in watercolour and transferred to foil — are available across the Classic collection, making it a natural choice for couples celebrating at a house of particular significance.

Materials & Finishing

Classic invitations are available on our finest European cotton cardstock — dense, tactile, and beautifully suited to foil pressing — or on 2mm clear acrylic for a more contemporary interpretation of the same formal vocabulary.

Velvet folio and boxed suite formats use French velvet stretched over hardboard, available in twenty colours including Navy Blue, Burgundy, Forest Green, Sage Green, Blush, Platine, and White. Each cover is foil-stamped to your chosen crest or monogram.

Foil colours include gold, silver, copper, rose gold, and white gold. All finishing is applied by hand, and every suite is proofed digitally before production begins — with three rounds of revisions included as standard.
