Paying by Payment Link
For bespoke orders, deposits and remaining balances, we send you a secure payment link by email. Paying takes less than a minute — and you do not need any special account or app.
The payment page shows the name of our company — for example BEAUTIFIER LTD, the company behind Polina Perri. It is the same company you are ordering from.
How to pay
- Open the link from our email in Safari or Chrome (not inside Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger — their built-in browsers can interrupt the payment).
- Check the amount and the currency shown on the page.
- Scroll past the black Revolut Pay button and choose Pay with card — or Apple Pay / Google Pay if it appears on your device.
- Enter your card details and confirm.
- Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in your banking app or with a text code (this is called 3D Secure). Please complete this step — without it, the payment is declined automatically.
- You will see a confirmation on screen, and we will confirm by email as soon as we receive it.
If your payment does not go through
You do not need to. That screen belongs to the Revolut Pay option. Go back to the payment page and choose Pay with card instead.
This is the most common reason. Banks sometimes block a first payment to an international business, especially in a different currency. Check your banking app for a notification asking you to approve it, or call your bank and confirm the payment is yours (see the short message below). Then simply try the link again.
Your bank converts it automatically. Some cards have international or foreign-currency payments switched off — you can usually turn them on in your banking app, or use another card.
These buttons do not work on every device and browser. Choose Pay with card and enter your card details instead.
You have probably opened the link inside an app (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger). Copy the link and open it in Safari or Chrome.
Each link can be used only once and is valid for a limited time. If you have not paid yet, just reply to our email and we will send you a new one.
Some cards have a daily limit for online payments. You can raise it in your banking app, or use a different card.
What to tell your bank
If your bank asks about the payment, you can use this message:
Still having trouble? Simply reply to the email with your payment link — we will help you right away and, if needed, find another way to pay.
