Before placing your full order, a sample is the best way to experience the Cream Velvet Boxed suite for yourself. Hold the soft cream velvet, see the foil-stamped monogram on the lid, and feel the weight of the box and its contents.

Inside, you will find your choice of a clear acrylic or foil-pressed cardboard invitation. To help you fully envision your suite, we also include an RSVP card with an envelope and one additional insert. Please note that velvet mini-books are not included in standard sample packs. If you would like to see one, please contact us to check availability, and we will gladly include it if it is currently in stock.

    Orders under 50 pieces?

    Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. If you need fewer than 50, please contact us for a personalised quote — please note this may be subject to an additional charge.

    How do I personalise my order?

    After placing your order, email us your wording. We'll send your initial digital proof within 2–3 business days, and your order includes up to three rounds of revisions before approval.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express, with full tracking and signature on delivery. Orders to the UK, EU and US are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — the price you see at checkout is final, with no extra customs charges on arrival. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1–2 business days once dispatched.

    What is the production time?

    Production time depends on the type of stationery ordered. Standard orders (Foil Pressed, Pocketfold, Acrylic, Save the Date) take from 3 weeks after proof approval; Folio and Boxed Invitations take from 4 weeks; Velvet Envelopes take 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
